Just try to sell links using another "platform", rather than put the announcement on your site - the famous Add your Link Here for $$ - for example.

Note: If you’re running a website themed on business, it’s better to link other business sites, if you have a weight loss site it’s better to link similar, or sport related, sites. Linking to gambling, casino, porn, illegal, warez, and adult sites isn’t a great choice, unless your site belong to one of those same categories.
